        Please do not come to this location for any of your rental needs. I placed a truck rental a week in advanced, and they call me an hour before my pick up stating that the truck is not in stock. I go down to this location anyways to see if I can maybe get a van. When I walk in, the person at the front desk is too busy on his cell phone to acknowledge my father and I. We then get his attention and go look at a van, which he tries to charge me $185 for a day where on their website it shows $19.99 plus 49c per mile. I was only doing about 60 miles. Complete scam and customer service was beyond useless. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else.

        Lied about insurance. Guy said it was required and others returning their vehicle said they were lied to as well. My 180$ rental went to 355$ because insurance added 25$ a day. You don't have to do insurance. You can opt out of all of it. Don't let them scam you like that for extra money. It legit doubled my price and I was strapped on money so I went with them being the cheaper option. The man definitely knew better and lied to my face to get more money out of me. Pretty shadey people. 175$ lesson learned.

        Avis and budget has one of the up most excellent customer service. SK the manger over there hooks it up with the best car deals. Highly recommend

        If I could give less stars I would. I scheduled a rental back at the end of May which was around the memorial day holiday but the facility was still open. Before leaving the staff there made no indication that the hours would be different or closing early, it wasn't posted on said website or the store front. I go to return the truck o lu to see it was closed. When the keys were returned the next day management was completely rude and proceeded to yell that they were closed and that it was on the website. I was charged for two days instead of one. Then trying g to call to get a refund and again the manager was completely rude and hung up.
