Hello Katelyn, we apologize for the experience you had.Before purchasing, your brother had a picture of Carolina Cherry trees and while we were on our way to see them, I also showed him other hedging trees you could use such as the Ficus Nitidas and Podocarpus Gracilliors. Pictures were sent to you for approval, but it was the Carolina Cherry trees that were approved based on the conversations we had.Our base price for 15gallons are $40, but because the Carolina Cherry trees were smaller in size, they were offered and confirmed at a discounted price of $35.00 to make-up for the size. The few days of freezing weather (32 degrees) caused the leaves to brown/red and is normal due to the weather, but regrow and get their color back once the weather warms up.To ensure you got the correct trees that were confirmed, your mom and I helped tag the Carolina Cherry Trees. At this point, there was no mention of the Ficus being confirmed. At time of billing, the items were reviewed with your family and at that point there was also no mention that it wasn’t the Carolinas you didn’t want. The plant material was delivered, and at time of receiving, there was also no comment that it wasn't the correct material that was shipped.Our restocking policy is 25% and would gladly exchange them at the difference in cost (+5.00), plus HALF the restocking fee, and delivery if you needed our company to pick them up and exchange the trees.It was mentioned that if you were to return these at your cost (Customer would be responsible for returning all trees to our main office) in the same condition they were purchased, the restocking fee would be waived, and we would honor the Ficus’ at $35.00.We hope we could come to an agreement and make this work for you!Your business is much appreciated.
