        The man at the cashier gave me $1 off for my plants and were 75%off and very nice. I highly recommend this place for plant lovers.

        I loved all the variety and prices on plants and flowers so my mom and I spent over $1,300 on plants. She ordered a very special plumeria and we were assured that it would be delivered no problem to her. We paid in full and left- than when they delivered- they delivered the wrong plumeria and gave my moms to someone else. This plumeria was $150- so it was pretty special. So they never tried to remedy the situation and my mom was stuck paying for a plumeria tree she did not want, and it was much less mature and smaller than the one she paid for. They could have told the person the delivered to on accident- to get my moms plant back- but they never did anything to apologize for the mistake. No refund, no sorry, no solutions.

      I am sorry you had this issue, This is the first I have heard of this incident . Since our company doesn’t do deliveries, this issue would have to be taken up with the person who delivered the plants.
