Towing Concord

My tire popped on the highway and I didn't have a spare. Although I did not call them their tow truck was passing by so the driver was kind enough to pull over to offer help. I did end up using their towing services. So thank you so much to Towing Concord for helping out and also helping me remove the tire once I was home. I would definitely recommend it! This was a horrible experience. I kept getting lied to. I had a sick woman with me. After 6.5 hours of waiting and being told that the truck was on the way and being placed on hold without end and being cut off. I had to get this woman to her medication. Then my car was towed by the Highway Patrol. Then 7 hours later. I get a call from the driver asking me where is the car?

On Nov 9th, my vehicle broke down on hwy 4,  I called Towing Concord at 10:20 am.  The tow did not arrive for FIVE (5) hours, at 3:20pm.  I called periodically throughout the day for updates and was told each time, "20 minutes".  At one point I attempted to cancel the call and find another tow company.  I was told I would still be charged because "the driver was almost there".  The driver didn't arrive for another 3 hours.  When he finally did arrive, I was charged $200.00 for a 4-mile tow, after waiting literally all day.  This goes beyond poor customer service.  This was gross negligence. I sincerely regret that I ever contacted this business.  I will not again trust Towing Concord for roadside emergency.

I needed my car towed from my house to the shop, and was very pleased with the service by Towing Concord. The person I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant and professional and told me how much the tow would cost, and when the driver would arrive. Not only did Kevin arrive on time, but the amount I was charged was almost half of what other companies had told me! Kevin was very pleasant, professional, and efficient and even showed me how to find my receipt on my phone. The only thing I recommend he do differently in the future is to let the customer know that there is an extra fee to pay by credit card. Overall I was very pleased with their service, and will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends. Service: Car towing
