I didn't walk out of there confident that my car was taken care of. I bought a groupon for an oil change that included tire rotation and maintenance package. I honestly doubt that they did any of that and maybe not even an oil change. I got there and I had my 2 yo nephew with me (who was sleeping at the time) and was told that we can wait in the office. The doors were closed so I didn't get to see if my car was getting worked on. So maybe like 20-30 mins later I go outside and one guy was sitting in my car with it running in the garage but no one was working on it. Then he turns it off for a few mins and turn it back on and let it run then off again and pulls it out the garage and said it was done. I asked if they did the maintenance and tire rotation and he said I didn't need any of that and everything was ok.. and that my brakes would probably last another year. They never removed the previous oil change sticker on my window and never resetted my oil change gauge. Everything just felt really fishy and they were far from professional, the office was broke down and dirty. Now, I gotta hope and pray my car is ok. NEVER going back there again! NOT WORTH the groupon price.

Great and honest service. Max is very knowledgeable about what he does. He helped our family fix many types of cars. The prices are very reasonable

If you are a female, you know that fantastic feeling of finding YOUR hairdresser, the one you can trust unconditionally. Well, finding a GREAT MECHANIC you can trust is an even better feeling! We have two older cars (10+ y.o.), and have experienced multiple issues with both of them. After going from one auto shop to another, and getting ridiculous estimates, we ended up at K Max Auto Shop, by a friend's recommendation. Now, we never take our cars anywhere else. Max is competent, professional, resourceful and honest. He's gotten us back on the road after successfully changing transmissions, breaks, car computer problems, and much more. He by far has beaten other shops estimates. And he is timely too, which is an important quality for a mechanic. A++
