AT&T has been all my accounts (cable, internet, cell) for many years. Basically today I was on the phone and the troubleshooting led to me having to go in. I get stuff happens but nobody has time for a bunch of runaround. We all have better things to do. So I have an Android, and the person gives a good effort to help, but then tells me I should just get an i phone. Or a new phone. I don't want an i phone or a new phone. My phone is just a few years old. I spent over half my day working on this issue and in the end it was sort of resolved, but not fully. I was told I was trying too hard to control the situation and should just stop it isn't worth it. Since I am a single earner and my work calls come to my cell phone, it is important I get my calls and texts and VM. So I found those multiple comments about my personality to be rude. I did call my android support, and it ends up the issue IS with AT&T and it is in the forums. But nobody on the AT&T call center and in the store could determine that. It was my problem. So anyway I'm disappointed. I have had Verizon as backup in the past and will likely migrate to Xfininty and Verizon or some other combo outside AT&T. I wish these businesses would stop wasting our money/revenue on ads. We all know where to get cell service and phones. We don't need expensive commercials at our expense.
