        STAY AWAY. COURTNEY TURPEN IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY! Awful service, rude owner, operator, NOT TO BE TRUSTED. Hired for yard landscaping job and royally screwed everything up-- no research or compliance to building code, permit requirements so ALL work had to be taken down due to mandate from the Building Dept. Also, pissed off every neighbor by repeatedly blocking driveways with his truck and trades that came, all without permission. Courtney Turpen will try to sell you the nice guy act, but he is not reputable, has NO IDEA what he is doing, and will screw you. AVOID. Would never, ever, ever, hire.
