Five Stars! - Had a pool leak and needed to call in the experts. In-Depth Leak Detection found and patched
the leak (all at their initial, reasonable charge). What made the experience memorable was they treated us as a partner when their initial pressure test showed no leak they went into
problem solving mode to find the answer. This persistence and thoroughness allowed them to find a crack in the main drain. Plus, they explained in very knowledgeable detail what they

Do NOT expect to be wowed by their customer service when you call....most of the time you won't even get an answer. They took our deposit and then lost our initial reservation to complete the work. We rescheduled the work a few months later. The repair done to fix the leak seems okay but we're still losing some water. Their contract states a new leak test will be performed after repairs BUT they fail to mention that it will just be an air pressure test and not an in-depth sonar or otherwise. We will not be using this company in the future. Service: General repairs & maintenance

We hired them to find a pool leak and they identified and marked a spot where there was NO leak. The actual leak was more than 10 feet away, resulting in two holes in the pool deck. They were slow to respond and offered the minimum of service recovery. A stressful and terrible experience.
