Alex responded to my call immediately and quickly ascertained that I had a simple problem which he quickly remedied at no cost -- no service charge, no trumped up repairs. He also spent some time educating my on garage door mechanics and made me feel very comfortable. Rest assured that when I really need garage door service, he will be my first choice!

Called AA Garage Door in a panic. Garage door kept opening by itself. I wanted to replace entire unit but came to conclusion the wall control button has a poor design and has flaws causing it to be sensitive and wiggle. Not only did Alex took his time from his day answering all my annoying questions through the phone and I'm sure he is busy with other jobs currently. He took it upon himself to drop off a wall control and did not ask for any compensation. I insisted but he said it wasn't a big deal this is what I do. This is to me is higher than 5 star service. Actions speak louder than words. I will be replacing the switch and hoping it works and solves my issue. If not then I will have Alex replace the whole unit. Any future jobs or repairs highly recommend AA garage. Alex is the man! Thank you Alex.

If it is possible to give a higher rating than 5 stars I would, fantastic pricing and amazing service. A family run company that isn’t out to scam you out of all of your money. They were at my house in 30 minutes and installed a lock on my garage door quickly. If you need anyone to work on your garage door call them you won’t regret it.
