Ive used Precise Garage Door twice now and each time have been impressed with their professionalism, communication, and thoroughness. I messaged through Yelp and within minutes of my request, offered same-day availability.
This most recent service was because our garage door kept popping open after close was initiated. Our technician, Joseph called when he was on his way and was prompt and friendly. He quickly identified the issue and checked all other parts of our Liftmaster system. I appreciated that he explained the problem and outlined the repair. Very fair pricing too. Will definitely message again anytime I need a garage fix.

Roy came on Sunday morning of the Christmas
Explained everything proffesionally.
We decide to change the rollers , springs and drums because my parts were old.
I got the best price , and now the door moves like brand new.

I usually do my own work on cars and the house, but I don't touch springs. So, I called them. From my first call to them to having it fixed was about two hours total.
Joseph came out and fixed it. He also taught me how it worked and how I could fix it in the future, but I'd just call them anyway. He fixed a creaking noise as well and lubricated hinges.
