Campora Propane Services

Tried to leave ZERO stars but couldn't. Quite literally the worst propane company. My husband and I have been CHASING them to come and pick up their tank for over a year and a half. While we were understanding initially, we have become incredibly inconvenienced as we have had to work our drainage and landscape improvements around their GIGANTIC tank that they have not picked up. TODAY (18 months later?) I receive a bill for the purchase of the tank? This has to be a joke, but NO, the service manager (Jordan?) confirmed the invoice and threatened me with collections. WOW. For someone who claims to be "cleaning up" the company, Jordan has missed the mark tremendously. His customer service is a disgrace, and his "manager" energy is terrible.

Switched to Campora several years ago. Never had any issues in Lake of the Pines they would match the going rate in LOP. Suddenly this year they have stopped and the Manager Jordan says the rate is lower than what his employees receive. They are charging a $1.00 More per gallon than the other propane providers in LOP. I can not recommend them anymore. Do not use their services they sold us on matching rates only to not honor this.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst service ever! For some reason I have not been able to get a propane delivery for going on 2 months now. The many times I call I'm told that they've delivered, or that they can't find me. Campora has been coming out to my property for 9 years. Why is my property so hard to find all of a sudden?!
