      That's not yellow. That's a white spray rose. You requested that by phone and we promptly hand made it for you. If you don't like the shade, we would have made you another and let you pick out a different flower. The purest white would be a spray carnation. You didn't have to take it if you weren't happy. Bring it back so you can pick out the color you want. Please post a picture so we can all see. I doubt you will because this complaint is not substantiated.
