Valley Health Team - Clovis Community Health Center

Im not sure why all these reviews are 2 stars, i have been coming here since 2018, first dr. Chinese lady was ok she did what she had to do. Dr. Rivera has been great hes been my Dr. For about 2 years now, i feel comfortable with any concerns, he listens and answers throughly. Never a long wait, very efficient, his MA is pleasant. Also i get my blood work done here and its a fast and pleasant experience overall. Referrals are done quickly.Thank you to the staff.

Staff and Doctor Nadipally are extremely helpful and understanding. Each time we come, we are checked in right away . Doctor and Staff understand the patients needs and do their best to help.

I was greeted promptly and checked in right away. I used to receive service her with their psychologist ,Dr. Stabbe, whom I became extremely fond of, and I miss our times together. However I had to seek treatment beyond her scope of practice, however she remains dear to me. I also have my PCP at this location. Dr. Nadipally is an outstanding Dr whom I don't see enough of. Everyone in this facility is so friendly and courteous. This is my top choice for meeting my medical needs. I strongly recommend Valley Health Team for their services offered from dental care, care, mental health Care, and primary care.

Avoid this place, does not care for your wellbeing and despite the reviews, I still went here and found out they are right.

First I will say communication is absolutely nill. Let me start with the dr. For my child who sustained a pretty serious TBI (traumatic brain injury), the Dr. Berated my child for not being a "man" and proceeded to chastise him. It took for me to remind this arrogant, unprofessional and uneducated Dr. That he suffered a pretty extensive TBI and was there for neurological referrals due to seizers. Secondly, the emdr therapist whom I will be reporting to the medical board, started a very intensive trauma therapy for about 3 months and then dropped off the face of the planet , never to be heard from again. This is a very dangerous thing to do . I could go on and on, but I'll leave you with this........ it's about your insurance.....lower income bracket renders the bottom barrel feeders of the medical team, and this office, my friends, are the bottom feeders of the medical world. Scavengers , incompetent, impatient, impractical, unethical and most certainly unprofessional. RUN.
