        After purchasing and using my built-in grill for approx. 3 1/2 years, the burners became corroded and fell completely apart. I contacted the manufacturer and the only thing they wanted to do was sell me parts. They werent willing to look up the warranty even though the company that installed my grill was referred to me directly from Alfresco. I gave them the serial number and production date. The representative I spoke with confirmed that the unit is still under warranty but they will not honor it because I dont have my receipt from the contractor (who has since retired). Basically they dont want to honor their warranty even though my grill is still within the warranty period. This is a huge disappointment and a waste of $6000 plus installation!
