      image I have been trying to enroll my daughter for almost 2months now and when contacting the facility Im told I will receive a call back or no one can give any answers regarding the process of my enrollment! Everytime Im told someone will call me back no one ever returns my calls. It has been so frustrating trying to get daycare.

      image My son went here for two years and it was great. There are some staff members that truly love and care for the kiddos. Once Pam the Director resigned, I noticed a major decline in quality, accountability and staff retention. My son had an incident where he came in a band aid and it was never documented. When I asked the new director Lucia, she lied to my face and said she called me when she definitely had not,. I lost all respect and confidence in her as a person and a professional and removed my child from the facility.
