After 3 months about, to learn, compare, shop in my price range, I chose to returned and buy my queen medium firm from your place . First visit,the sale person ( Shannon Martinez,) was what I call a great professional sale person, knowing to listen and answering questions, so I could leave with knowledge and .a sense of what I should gear my choice from. She was not pushy , and graciously gave me a brochure with information and her name. After all shopping the different market's options, help from friends, I just came back to your store offering value, quality, best brand names, and free delivery was not expected but certainly felt a real treat !!! Thank You (I was 35 yrs a small business owner, and I know that the best services are rarer, and not something you can learn ....in you or not . Thank you to Shannon.for leaving me with the right tools to search, leaving with me a strong positive impression with the choices and quality of your mattresses, and Kevin the manager that new to do a closure upon my 2 nd time coming in, still not sure I would buy that morning ...the "yes " to buy came clear and still feels right all the way after few hours home ! I rarely write comments by the way !
