Mattress Firm Sports Arena

This is primarily a review for Shaun at the Sports Arena location. Also for Floyd at the 2nd Point Loma Mattress Firm across the street. I had been in Floyds store a few days prior looking at Purple mattresses. He was very helpful. I saw there was a second Mattress Firm store in point Loma so went in to check out what they had and Shaun was the associate that helped me. He had asked when I walked in if it was my first time in and had I ever worked with anyone. I told him briefly I had worked with Floyd at the other store. Shaun was exceptionally helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. He was helpful without being pushy and annoying. His degree of helpfulness was such that I assumed he would be getting a nice commission for his work. However, at the end of the transaction. (which was a very expensive mattress), he gave the entire commission to Floyd. He easily couldve easily taken that for himself as Floyd is not even in his store. Floyd was excellent too and deserves some commission but ideally I would have liked for them both to benefit. Anyway, it just shows Shauns character that he still went above and beyond being helpful the entire time, even though he had no intention of making a single penny himself off of our transaction. Rare to see and very refreshing. Great job to both Shaun and Floyd at both Point Loma locations.

Brian did an excellent job providing us with information without being overbearing, had us try a good number of mattresses to confirm our original choice and kept the process simple and straightforward! Great experience.

Shaun was very helpful and friendly with my warranty claim exchange. He helped me decide on a new mattress and box spring and was very patient with me.
