Excellent local bank. Friendly people and if you have a problem or need a loan you can talk to a real person not someone who has to follow a corporate formula. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they don't have a lot of ATM locations so sometimes you have to pay to use another bank's atm. I have banked here for 20 years and love it

I got a home loan at El Dorado Savings Bank about a year ago and I'm very happy with their service.  Now I plan to open a checking account.  I tried my Schools FCU where I've been a member since 1987.  They merged with another bank and I'm unable to keep up with the person less  banking.  I went to Golden 1 yesterday and stood in line about 25 minutes to be told I needed an appointment to open an account.  After reading the yelp reviews, I decided I didn't want Golden 1 either.  I'll go to El Dorado Savings Bank to open an account.  The service there is wonderful.
