This is an organization that deserves to pass into the dustbin of companies nobody will remember in 5 years. Business client. Could not be less satisfied. Went to my branch only to discover it had been shuttered. They had closed so many that the neatest was 20 miles away. Drove there and it is now closed had to drive all the way back, plus another 18 in a bad traffic area, just to get poor service. How about sending us an email or a text message when you close the branch we always use?

Ally (Alejandro) is great!!!! She is very friendly, professional and helpful. I have a brain injury and sometimes need a bit of help with things that are very simple to most people. Ally spent more than the usual time with me going over a new card reading system. Her patience is one of her best qualities. She makes the branch at Sunrise shine!!!!
