    UPDATE: After putting in my review I got a call from the higher ups. Arrangements were made and my apartment got some appreciated updates. Including: new carpet, fresh paint, new flooring in bathrooms and kitchen, new ceiling fan in dining room, and new blinds in the kitchen. Thank you Birdcage Village! Never update tenants apartments. Your parking space is far from you apartment and there is no additional parking for 2nd vehicle. Old cars taking up spaces that need to be removed off property. Maintaining is a hit and miss with properly repairing work orders and have had attitude issueswith them. Poor communication with everything. Never answer phones. One of my cabinets fell off the wall out of nowhere holding only spices! Hit my 4 year old daughter and not even an apology from the office. There so called fix was to just put it back up there with extra nails. The cabinets/doors in the home are all ORIGINAL from maybe the 70s! They will not replace! Leaking roof 2 years in a row from the same spot. Replaced nothing. Been here for 8 years and would appreciate some renovations to the old apartment but when I asked I was told to pay $400 more and move to another unit. Good way to thank you loyal tenants. Laundry is a no. The machines are always broken and the apartments take no responsibility for it. Dealing with the vendor makes us just say forget it and travel to wash at laundromats. There is so much more but I think you get the picture.
