image Great place to live. Quiet and good neighbors. The owners are good people and always willing to help. Maintenance team is awesome and gets things done fast and efficiently.

image Dirty tiny apartments pool is never cleaned to a where the city shut it down. Community BBQs and pool chairs were removed. Spa has been broken for over 10 years. The owners license plate reads IEvict. Office is never open. $1200 for a dirty tiny 1 bedroom. They took away visitors parking and the gate code so its difficult to have visitors or have anything delivered. The managers are never onsite unless its the first couple days Of the month to collect rent. The laundry room is filthy and always broken. Avoid this place. We had a family member evicted from her apartment because they would never fix her AC, she was suffering from cancer and withheld rent until the ac was fixed. All the 5 star ratings are fake.

image One word to describe this complex=OPPRESSIVE!
They only pro is the utilities are included in the rent. Thats it. There is no storage in these units. What you cant fit in one average size closet... will pile up in the corners. Lol
The spa was closed the entire time i lived there and apparently closed for 6 years prior. The pool would be shut down by county for unhealthy conditions every summer during peak heat!
The grounds are depressing. At one time residents took care and kept the grass green and plants growing but new management/ came in and took out water spickets so they could no longer water the grass ( wasnt during drought time) or flowers/plants. The concrete is cracked everywhere and there is ZERO guest parking!
My car was in an accident but still operational and registration was current when they towed it out of my assigned spot stating it was non operational yet I moved it every few days to prove it was.
As for affordability... sure... but you get what you pay for and for slightly more you can move someplace where the owners care about the grounds and residents.

image My partner and I moved back to Sacramento from San Diego and stumbled upon this place through Apartment list (or apartment.com I cant remember) in mid February. We were looking to move sometime in March as our lease was set to expire at the end of March.
We were pleased to find that it is a smaller community comprised of primarily 1 bedroom 1 bath units, with the exception of a few studios at the front of the building. The community is gated, and operated by a small "mom and pop" type management company, with the owners being a lovely couple. They were extremely accomidating when it came to our tour of the property/units, with us only being here on weekends for work interviews we were worried we wouldn't be able to see the units as the office is closed on weekends.
Jenny (the owners wife/manager) was so kind and had Miss Jackie (an employee from another property) come in on her day off to tour me as my partner was at an interview. The apartments were nice and extremely affordable for the square footage and amenities. I was incredibly surprised to learn that the property covered ALL utilities, yes, all of them, I think that alone had me sold!
After my first tour I was convinced this would be our new home, but I wanted my partner to see them and provide her input before we signed a lease. We ended up coming back the following weekend and again Jenny had the onsite maintenance supervisor Al open a unit for us to check out really quick. Her and I agreed that this place was a good fit and we both filled out paper applications and left them in the drop slot.
Jenny contacted us to finish the application process and we got our move in date. As my partner was set to start work before our lease end date (in SD) , she moved a month before I did.
The unit had a new roof, new carpets, and an ice cold AC. The unit came with an assigned parking space, and despite not having certain amenities such as a dishwasher or in unit washer/dryer, it is combated with how centrally located the property is. It is walking distance to convenient stores, gas, grocery, pet stores, and restaurants. There is a community room, on site laundry, and a pool area, however these have remained closed, I'm assuming due to covid, so I cant speak to these as much.
Any maintenance request we have had were addressed right away and always resolved in a timely manner. The community is fairly quiet, and the subflooring is cement so my downstairs neighbors aren't bothered as we walk throughout the unit. I am very happy here and with the incredible value the community provides, I feel that we will be here for a few years as we save for a house.
We have been here for 3 months now and I have no complaints. I reccomend this community to all my friends and family.
