Foxwood Apartments

Christine Matthews is the apartment complex manager yet shes never in the leasing office. I have contacted her multiple times to get my bathtub fixed the water wont stop running and they have refused to come fix it claiming its a non emergency. I understand its not a big deal to them but to hear it running all night while Im trying to sleep is ridiculous. Its not a small drip and its not on full blast but its still running.

This is a hidden gem. Its a small complex and everyone is friendly and management is awesome. Everyone looks out for one another and Im so glad to call this place home. I feel safe at night and dont have any issues with any animals on the property.

This is the most ghetto apartment complex ever. No one helps you, pitbulls run free, no maintenance issues ever resolved. Management is absolutely horrible. I feel like I'm living in the project's of Citrus heights.

This is the first time in my life I've had an amazing apartment experience. Very "tight nit" community. Ex: I was at work all day and NONE of my Amazon packages (piled high) were stolen. PROS: 1. The current apartment manager (Christine Matthews), is excellent/exceptional at her job. Notices are always given in advance, very social, and she's always available to solve any problems that arise (other apartment managers need to take pointers/lessons from this woman). 2. Water and trash removal is free! Hot shower water goes for a while! 3. Cozy apartments with lots of cuboard spaces. 4. App laundry room (just pay via app). 5. Friendly neighbors. 6. Convenient location and parking. 7. Pet friendly. CONS: 1. If you're downstairs, you're gonna hear stomping - just the standard curse of being in a downstairs apartment. 2. You're gonna want to check your assigned mailbox everyday before it gets dark (boxes have been broken into in the past). 3. No loud noises after 10pm... Okay this isn't really a bad thing, but I need more cons lol!
