Sunrise Center Apartments

I would not recommend living here because the apartments are very old and filled with cockroaches.

i'm really getting sick and tired of the water being cold 99% of the damn time . you keep increasing rent amd the water has been cold for 5 years now wtf !!!! are we paying the extra money for your damn pockets?? fu this is crap there cockroaches everywhere   95% of the year . this place sucks dik freaking idiots running the place.your damn water temperature either goes wayyy hot or wayyy cold but most the time its freezing cold. i would never rent from here again because this is crap

horrible horrible management & no care for us . We need a lot of help because we have 5 kids. They never return our calls or help.

Horrible horrible horrible management. They never want to do their job. The apartments have cockroaches and I had to get my own spray to get rid of them myself because they kept calling pest control and we were doing all the protocols. Manager doesnt do her job ever. They have the entrance to the office blocked off like the tenants are animals and they have to let you in one by one. For almost 1700 I sure dont get my money worth. Everything is falling apart and they refuse to look.
