image Rent is about $1600 for a one bedroom and an additional $50 a month for cat rent. The office staff is very friendly and work orders are completed quickly. But there is a noisy construction site next door that has been building from the ground up for over a year now. It covers my patio and car in dirt and dust. Some of the neighbors are hit or miss. We have had neighbors that are horrendously loud, with screeching children running back and forth across the floor, neighbors who don't clean up their large dog's poop, and neighbors that vape inside. The kitchens are narrow and with inconvenient storage for food. Units do not have washer dryers in them. The apartments are pretty dated and they have some black mold painted over in the bathroom. Our unit originally had a smoker living in it, so it smelled. They had to vacuum steam the walls to remove the brown tobacco droplets. Guest parking fills up quickly after 5 and then you have to park on the street.
I forgot to mention the flock of 10 peacocks that live in the trees next door. They're always crowing and calling out to each other. They get especially loud during the summer months and fly up on patios.

image They never answer their phones and I have been trying to get someone to email or mail me a 30-day notice to vacate. After speaking to two women who assured me they would be emailing me the EoL papers, I have yet to see them in my mailbox two months later. Now, when you try to get in direct contact with the main office, they dodge your calls. The icing on the cake would have to be the cockroaches, rats and black widows and yellow jackets making their home in the AirConditioning unit. We've seen them outside on the patio multiple times and even inside the apartment. The first night that I had moved in, I found a cockroach on the living room floor. What a dream come true. Other than the severe bug infestation, The drains here get clogged constantly and there's an odor that we've been told to cover up by dumping bleach down the drain. Instead of fixing their rotten pipes that are no doubt being called home by the cockroaches, the complex wants its tenants to spend money on dumping bleach down the drains every week or so to get rid of the odor and cockroaches.

image My unit is updated so it's nice inside and I haven't seen roaches since they sprayed once. I also don't think the bugs I saw were from my unit but from company I had over. I've been here for almost a year. The property is pretty clean for the most part maintenance comes through when I need them to. The first issue I had is that I was lied to about having a washer and dryer in my 1 bdrm because of virtual tours I didn't get to walk the unit until I already signed the lease. She even sent me pictures of my unit with a washer and dryer then told me she didn't say that but said there was laundry on-site (even though I have the pictures and emails proving she lied) the laundry facility sucks dog and cat hair all over the rim of the washers. The washers don't fully spin sometimes and the dryer burns my stuff. Not all the time but you never know when it's going to happen. If your on the back end by the mini farm (good luck) they have roosters but I've gotten use to it so it doesn't bother me anymore. What bothers me is the loud a** peacocks during mating season the make excruciating noise all day! It wakes me up all night so if you value your sleep don't move here. It's not the complex's fault but it's still a problem. They just changed the management company so we haven't had a consistent on-site manager. We haven't been able to use the pool or gym since the pandemic so I have no comment on that.

image I am very unhappy with these apartments. I have several emails and a call log with several calls to the management, yet I am told that we are not in contact with them.  These apartments are way overpriced for what they offer. The laundry facility is poor and often leaves clothes looking worse. You often have to pay for multiple washing and drying cycles. The grounds look good from a far yet of you look close you will see garbage laying around. I was furloughed during Covid-19. I give them the documents that I was told by management would work. Yet they wanted me to demand more from my employer, which caused me issues. They are going to make my family homeless even though I did my best to pay as mush as possible. They are demanding us pay a huge sum to cover back rent on top of an already high monthly rent. I guess they think I am a super human and can make money appear. My job is still being affected by covid-19. I am doing the best I can. Now my one year old granddaughter may lose her home. I am just saying for as rude as management can be, the apartments being of low quality, plus, nothing else to offer. Save your money, and peace, and go rent from another complex. Note: They say they are willing to work with you yet their attitude and the hostility they send your way clearly shows they are not at all willing to work with you.I also find it sad that they would be willing to forgive what we owe them if we get out. Meaning they would like to see my family homeless on the street. Just so they can get other poor souls in to raise the rent.If they were really wanting to help they would forgive what we owe and let us keep paying the rent. The problem is then they could not raise the rent on us because of the lease. So you can see the game being played.
