Eduardo made the rental process extremely easy from start to finish.  He handled all communication with prospective tenants, conducted interviews, and put together the rental lease agreement.  Eduardo was attentive and listened to everything I was looking for in a renter.  He was professional, accessible, and exceptionally knowledgeable towards the rental process.  As a landlord, I definitely would use Eduardo again when renting out another property.

My husband and I were talking about buying our first home but didn't know where to start. It was like fate when Eduardo called that afternoon. Where do I start...If you are selling or buying a home the AVRA team is where you need to go!!! Buying or selling a home can be a very stressful and uneasy time for some people.
