Anthony helped us sell our home while we lived in another state. He was very communicative and patience to answer all of our questions and help us through the process. He was very knowledgeable about the market and we had full faith that he would do everything he could to maximize revenue. He even created a video to showcase our house. This was the first house my husband and I bought so it was very sentimental to us. Anthony was very patient through it all especially working with us from a distance through phone calls, text, and zoom calls. He was there every step of the way. Anthony and his team are THE best. From helping us find our perfect first home back in 2019 to selling it in 2022, they made the process easy, efficient, and exciting. Selling your home can be an emotional thing as well, and they were sensitive to that and also so thoughtful. Anthony was recommended to us by one of my close friends (Jam); she told us that her sister and her brother-in-law loved Anthony and his team. My fianc, Danny, and I absolutely loved Team Manzon and their preferred lender, Jason! We are first time home-owners, and Anthony made the whole process seamless. He never pressured us to get a property quickly nor did he sway us into going to a direction we did not want to goAnthony always catered to what we wanted and what felt comfortable. Communication and professionalism from his team are top-notch; we felt like we could ask any questions and their responses were always quick and informative (even in after working hours). Michael, Anthony's brother, was very kind and flexible with showing us properties. One time, I could not make the open house, Michael went above and beyond and created a video tour so that my fianc and I could get a better look at the inside of the house prior to seeing it. Jason, from Point Mortgage, was also incredibly helpful and friendlywe closed escrow within 17 days, thanks to his help! We cannot recommend Team Manzon (Anthony/Michael) and Jason enough! If we ever make a real state transaction again in the future, we would definitely go with Anthony and his team! Thank you for your dedication and hard work!

Anthony Manzon and the rest of his team at Team Manzon are just superb. I've had to make use of the services of a realtor only four times in my life, but this was by far the best experience that I've had. Anthony and his team are efficient, trustworthy, and extremely good at their jobs. You won't save money by going with a discount realtor. I had considered that, but I'm so glad that I didn't. I got the best service and the best offer on the property that I was selling because of all their hard work. Anthony will guide you through the whole process and make sure that everything goes smoothly and that you get the best possible result. I highly recommend them and would definitely go with them the next time I'm need of the service of a realtor in the area.
