Dario is heaven sent. Easy to talk to, honest, ttustworthy, helpful in more ways than one. My family needed extra help and he gave it. I cannot thank him enough.

At first I was very worried about the process of buying a house , I thought it was going to be the most complicated thing. But Dario made it to seem so easy. He was on top of everything and he helped us with all our doubts. We finally found our house after a few offers and after that the process was very smooth too. We cannot thank him enough for all the hard work even after hours. I would give him more than 5 stars if it was possible. If you are looking for someone to help you during this process Dario is your best choice.

Ive worked with several property managers throughout the country and have experienced both the good and the bad. I started working with Dario in 2016 and can honestly say he is one of the absolute best property managers Ive had. Hes quick to respond to tenant issues, quick to inform me when theres a problem I need to be personally involved in, administratively efficient, and simply an all around great person to work with. I highly recommend him as a property manager.
