Robin Griffin -and her team @Hwent out of their way to help us. Not only was the process smooth working with them but they have been unbelievable in their attention to detail and their efforts to make a great collaborative relationship from the start

Would recommend to anyone. Robin was extremely communicative and provided us immeasurable help during our move from Philly to Carlsbad. My wife and I could not be more grateful. She continues to provide help as we need it daily.

Ok so listen! I live this place its perfect for roomate situations it leaves neither party feeling like they drew the short straw my room is the smaller room as shown below and its still more than enough space. The area is nice and chill no noisy or nosey neighbors not to mention the leasing staff specifically Robin Griffin was super helpful from day one very attentive.. down side is guest parking which is limited but she was super helpful in getting us a reserved spot immediately so we could have guest over without worries. All and all absolute perfection 10/10 recommend
