We had Luiggi and his team do our home purchase loan for our purchase in January 2023. We had initially planned to bring in additional downpayment via heloc from our current home, but Luiggi ran the numbers for us and helped us make a better financial decision. We ultimately opted to not heloc additional funds, and instead, go in with 10% downpayment. While there is PMI, the cost savings was better than using a heloc for the additional 10% down. We really appreciated seeing the numbers in different scenarios to make the best decision for us and our family. The entire process was easy. Very smooth and very quick. We highly recommend Luiggi and his team for your all your mortgage needs.

Luiggi DeAnda deserves zero stars, really. My realtor recommended this person to help us since we were rejected by Navy Fed. He looked further into our numbers and was able to sign us up for a different loan. Great! I directly tell him that we're first-time homeowners and don't know a lick about information and would appreciate his efforts in helping us. He advised that he would take care of us. He goes through numbers with me during a call, exchanging texts of numbers, making sure I'm fully understanding, yet, his calculations don't match. I figure he's had a long day, so I give him grace. This trend continued throughout the whole process, ladies and gentlemen. From his team sending incorrect spellings of my name on legal paperwork to not disclosing that we are required to pay for two inspections of the house as part of the process and being told it would be "taken care of." He even blamed my realtor for not explaining about the inspections when I was barely in the talks with him after I was introduced to him. He told me he was going to help us throughout the process. He lacked patience, and follow-up etiquette, and is NOT supposed to be in this industry at all.I realized this nimrod doesn't deserve grace at this point. He's been incorrect, not ever apologizing for his mistakes, is only concentrated on making the sale, and even blew up on me after I kept calling him after his bullshit towards the end."You know, Karina. You've been completely unprofessional this whole time, and I've been nothing but trying to help you guys out. I wouldn't want to work with you again either."Like, wow. If he thought I was a Karen, I could only imagine how he bends over for an entitled, older white male. There's even a sickening video of him along with his now wife and mostly her talking about how she's passionate about working with new homeowners and guiding them throughout the process. While this person is just swiveling in his chair, disconnected, wishing he was doing something better.My favorite part, when we finally got approved for our loan, the only communication I received from him was his generic e-mail send out for official homeowners. Never received a call or anything. He's a comedian; maybe I'll give him that for half a star.Luiggi, I hope you read this one day. You need to get out of the industry and work with computers all day, not with people. You are the worst.
