I have had your service for a little less than a month had an issue way after hour's. They had been unable to take care of the issue that was occurring but come to find out it was all rain related. I let them know the next morning everything had restored itself overnight. Best part is they have checked in a week later to make sure the same thing hasnt occurred again. Great customer service

UPDATE: Well, it's been almost a year since we've been with Jelly Digital. They've been fantastic and it's so nice to not have to deal with the constant stress of fighting for what I deserve from Cox Internet who has horrible customer service and even worse with troubleshooting any problems. It has been the best decision we'ver ever made. Thank you Jelly Digital! I refer everyone who's looking for an alternative.
We have been fed up with Cox for several years but felt stuck because there aren't many internet options in our area. We finally switched to Jelly Digital after they offered a 5 yr plan that we just couldn't pass up. We signed up July 11, 2023 and I scheduled the soonest install which was July 18, 2023. Less than 24 hours after signing up, we received a call from Jelly Digital saying that had technicians available within the hour to do the install!
Two technicians showed up and they were very friendly and respectful. The install process was quick and efficient. Sure, it's been only a little over 24 hours since it was installed, but what a breath of fresh air after being with Cox since 1995.

This company is the worst. Never respond to your calls. Service is horrible, the speeds they presume to offer dont match. Theyve been in business for a while and still havent figured out the residential part of service. Will never recommend this company to anyone. Look elsewhere as there are rising companies that offer better quality at better price.
