My kids are treated with kindness and gentleness at each visit, and it makes a world of difference especially with a nervous 5yr old. The office is always clean and staff is very professional and understanding, and they accommodate all of my children each visit. Love that theyre all put in the front room together for appointments, seeing their siblings be brave before their own turn helps so much. Dentist visit scares are a thing of the past!

We usually have no issues at all, theyre always friendly and helpful and my 7 year old has been comfortable here since he started seeing a dentist. They even let me know one our early visits years ago that he would eventually need braces and is more prone to cavities as his teeth are tight with each other. Just like mine growing up and having to go to the dentist a lot. Today thought the assistant who helped us before the dentist came in to check his teeth was very condescending and spoke to me like I was dumb. I know what a gum line is and how to floss and brush since Ive been doing it quite some time for myself and my son but he seemed to think I needed an in depth lesson on everything like I knew nothing at all and it was my first time going to a dentist. Even the way he spoke to the dentist made it seem like he was a know it all and was trying to find problems with my sons teeth. He made it seem like I didnt know what I was doing and was horrible to let my sons teeth get that way. When the dentist came in he said everything looked good and my son is still apart of the no cavities club. So what was the point of shaming me if my sons teeth are fine?
