Great office. The staff and doctor are very welcoming and great at making me feel safe. Dr. Nguyen is very careful with his work which made me be a forever patient here. Awesome team :)

Had a molar that was shattered that started to cause me a tremendous amount of pain over time, booked an appointment in the middle of the night for a day out, but the pain was unbearable, called and told them what was happening and they changed my appointment from a day out to a same day appointment that was within an hour after the time I called. Staff was nice and understanding especially when waiting for my blood pressure to go down before extracting the molar out, also explained all my options very well for possible fixes to my teeth and things that I can get done overtime through insurance and with my current financial situation. Great experience overall!

I just wanted to say thank you to Dr. Chen, Dr. Han, Eddie, Jackie the receptionist and the assistants at the Western dental in chino off Central Ave. They are very patient and helpful but most importantly very knowledgeable and they put your safety first. I had some blood pressure issues going on, after days of me being iffy, we were finally going to get started on the work. We elected to wait till another time to ensure it goes smoothly. Dental work is always scary and expensive but at least everything else there is good financing isn't hard either. **** Update today 03/19/24 I got my teeth cleaned by Dr Win or Wihn in not sure but he was great he was very patient and careful with me and usual the office staff were great! super friendly and good conversation.
