Ive been into Jareds Chino Hills Grand many time. Im always impressed with all the employees at this location. Everyone is always happy and very helpful. Ive got to know June on a personal bases. She has help me design a couple of rings. I wanted a new wedding ring for my 40th Wedding anniversary. I chose one and had if for a week and i wasnt in love with it. So i talked to Peter the store manager and he said he would be able to change the ring with no problem. I ended upgrading the ring. Im in love with it now. I have got to know Peter the Manager and David the Asst. Manager. When they see me come in there always greeting me with a pleasant smile and a hello. If i need anything ill always return. These were my recent pieces i purchase. Love them. Thank you Jareds

Been coming here to this Jareds for the past two years since my fiance bought my engagement ring. The whole process was easy and the staff was very helpful. David provided awesome recommendations and really helped us find what we were looking for. The staff are always friendly and professional. They are knowledgeable in what they sell and have always taken great care of my ring when I bring it in. Definitely my favorite jewelers.

Worse experience EVER, I usually visit the Rancho Cucamonga location where their employees are friendly and warm. The manager along with other employees treated me so rudely today when I went in to have a piece of my jewelry cleaned. It's 2024 please learn to look beyond the color of an individuals skin color. I will NEVER enter this store location again.
