        Employees very friendly they know their jewelry. If something is not available they are helpful as to when an item may become available. Communication is awesome, it's good to answer the phone and it's Daniel's Jewelers with the info or item you wanted. I enjoyed the experience, plus bought a diamond ring. BLING BLING!!

        I bought a necklace for my wife and 3 months later the chain broke. Then, when taken in for repair, I wanted 2 new bands on my watches and new batteries. Took almost a week to complete and, when picked up, the watch bands weren't installed. Estimate was $175 and the work wasn't even complete. They ended up going down to $135. They also lie when they talk about Jared Jewelers and Jared's warranties. I know this because I have used their warranty before and knew the woman was completely lying to my face. Go shop at Jared's right around the corner where you will be more satisfied.
