        Not all that bad. I rented a house from RTB and it was not clean to my satisfaction a pon moving in. Tom credited some of my rent for the following month after I addressed the complaint . If I have a problem Tom gets the problem fixed in a timely manner. My rent was just raised a small amount after living in my rental for a year in a half. I'm content.

        Paying $2000 a month rent, gutters never cleaned, pool cleaned sometimes, heat goes out in January 2020(oops sorry but you will have to sleep at 40 degrees) paid my rent early every month and even asked to check if my check cleared??  Most unprofessional business ever.  Total slum lord mentality...

        Tom manages and owns properties on Rancheria where there are constant drug arrests, domestic and weapons arrests.  Never tries to clean the property up.
