    FSPM did not address any issues unless i continously asked them for months. Even when we came across potentially dangerous electrical issues, little was done for several months, and even then not all follow up issues were addressed. upon move out I had to repeatedly inquire about my deposit refund, and they waited until the very last minute to issue what little they did. I left the house clean, even hiring a housekeeper to help, but they claim to have spent $300 cleaning it upon moveout and withheld that amount from my deposit. Interestingly, I can't find the cleaning service they sent me the invoice from listed anywhere online. Would recommend avoiding renting from FSPM.

    I recently applied for a rental and paid the fee and never even got a reply at all. But they took my application money .###### update I would like to say that they sent me a full refund of my app fee , turns out there was some mix up and they never saw my app. Sorry it took me so long to update .

    RENTER BEWARE Unit B from 52 nelson leaks severely in both bathroom ceilings. The unit is full of black mold that the property just paints and covers. Theres bugs that the property claims to have an exterminator for. The flooring splintered up from not being installed properly. The walls/ceilings are uneven. One of the back rooms the wall is bowing. The fencing around the apartment is missing multiple posts and is curved/bent from water damage. They dont replace air filters , you gotta do it yourself, the air vent in the hallway isnt even finished. Its just a giant hole its a screen covering. Since move in 2021 the garage has been broken. She ignored the request to send someone to fix it. Veronica is ghetto and rude. She brings her kid on the job. She refuses to follow through with work orders. Harasses your family when it comes to move out. Refuses to contact me and when she does shes completely unprofessional and screams. She has let a squatter stay in the unit since Ive moved out. If you have more than one car you can expect Veronica to remind you youre only aloud one spot but allows neighbors guests to park in the red-zone and block you in and then start a fight when you ask them to move their pos one spot. Even their workers park in the middle of the ONLY pull in to get to the back with their work trailers. Theres no landscaping even when they say there is. If youre desperate and cant get approved for the cheaper apartments next door then enjoy your upgraded renovated apartment that you will be charge significantly more for vs everyone else on the property. The only time Veronica has ever gotten back to me was when I waited to pay last months rent because theyre still charging me the apartment pge. Now after ive moved out Veronica is still serving notices to the apartment when she gave the squatter consent to stay there.

    We've been at our rental for a little over a year and we love it. Every time there has been a leaky faucet or anything going on with the house, we first try to fix it ourselves, but we also let FSPM know the situation. If it's beyond something we can repair we contact them and they contact the landlords fairly quickly and are fast to resolve any issues. Highly recommended. Edit: We moved out this year, we were in the rental from 2016-2020 and I would still highly recommend Full Service Property Management. :)

Sarah, there are no electrical issues at the property. After you reported a problem, we immediately called out an electrician to fix the outlet. A copy of the invoice received from the vendor was provided to you for your reference. The cleaning company provides their contact information if you wish to discuss the work with them. We also sent you photos of the areas that were not cleaned and needed attention once you vacated the property. Charges for move out cleaning were very minimal to your deposit. The delay in your refund corresponded with our office moving locations, vendor invoices being received, and staff being diagnosed with COVID. We never intended for the delay in your refund. You were a tenant for five years and we wouldn’t ever hesitate to give you a good reference. We are sorry you feel this way and wish you the best of luck with your future rentals and move outs.
