Chico College Living

They advertise the urban as a gated complex but the gates been broken for months and they claim they have no responsibility as a managers to fix it in a timely manner. Never offered any discount to rent or provided extra security. I have had to ask crack heads to leave the parking way multiple times. When spoken to about this they just dont care.

The roof doors at the urban are faulty and will lock you on the roof - and they wont do anything about it, just leave you to freeze to death, even tho theirs a lazy manager living on sight that could do something. Not doing lock outs can be understandable , but not when its the fault of the apt. Am I supposed to carry my keys everywhere inside my own home for fear a door will lock? Literally had to have the fire department come on Thanksgiving because they told me to kick rocks after my faulty roof door locked me out in the freezing cold.

The urban is super affordable and overall a really nice place to live.

The managers and landlords are very good about communicating and the portal system is very handy for submitting maintenance requests.

I've been renting through Chico College Living for almost a year. My complex is very spacious and the outside is well maintained with landscaping and pest control. Managers are very quick to answer and accommodate your needs. I really have only good things to say about them and I'm grateful they're my first rental company.
