        Ive tried multiple times to view listings with this property. They never pick up the phone during business hours, they rarely respond to emails, and when I do confirm appointments to tour listings they cancel 2 hours before. I dont understand how they are even managing to rent these out

      Hi Owen,We're sorry you're having a hard time reaching us. We ask that you please confirm that you are calling within our office hours that are Mon-Thu 9am-4pm. Our scheduled tours do have a confirmation request 2hrs before your showing asking you to confirm your attendance. Showings are only canceled if we get a request to cancel or receive no response back to our confirmation requests. Please do sure to respond to our messages to avoid any canceled appointments.
