        Where to start? 100% of the time rude, zero professionalism, zero communication, zero responsibility, 100% mark up costs and services. All in all, worst choice I have ever made! Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. Or learn it hard way. At the end, watch them come with a lame excuse to chop your security deposit. I truly regret my choice!

        I made an appointment a week ahead of time. I called to confirm the day off and the receptionist Karen did NOT even have me on the schedule. I arrived at the location shortly afterwards and the lady she said would be meeting me there NEVER arrived. Poor quality. Lacking professionalism.

        Best property management ive rented from hands down! No headache at all during the application process and very prompt. If you have a maintenance request it is taken care of typically the same or next day. They are also very helpful with any questions or concerns.
