Probably a broken record with seeing the ratings. Wow! 0 customer service. They genuinely seem very annoyed with every single person that comes in. My 2nd visit.

Used QD twice for employment drug test and blood drawn for surgery. Both visits were quick and easy! I recommend using QD

Location persistently loses faxed orders from pediatric oncologist office. Try to ask the minimal staffing on-site and they were extremely rude. Quest diagnostics does not care about children with cancer, and their staff even said so. ..F-U Quest

Avoid this lab. No human contact when you walk in. The waiting room has been re-designed. An online appointment was made one month ago and confirmed twice; yet after waiting 30 minutes I was told I did not have an appointment. Five of the 12 people waiting had the same issue! What is most frustrating is the waiting room is like a kiosk with a locked door and no human interaction until a lab tech comes out to get the next patient. What a waste of time! The corporate office probably has no idea this is happening.

Embarrassingly slow with results. I went in to do an employment drug test on a Monday, as of the following Friday the sample status was "in transit to lab". This delay caused me to lose out on a badly needed job. Any other test in my life has been a couple of days at most. Do not go here for a test if you have a choice unless you don't need results in a timely manner.
