I was in and out in 10 minutes including a urine sample. I didnt feel the needle going in or coming out! I wish I caught her name because she deserves accolades! Im a fainting, baby. I didnt have time to complain or faint. Great job!!

There ad says they welcome people that use doctor's from anywhere so far our experience with them has been unwelcome from the first phone call i made to them and both visits i gave them 2 lab orders from 2 different doctors and they didn't know where to send them.

Had my blood drawn by Julie at Mission Ranch Valley Clinical Lab . She was very professional and sensitive to my feelings of anxiety. I requested that Julie do the lab work after her colleague refused my request to please use a "butterfly needle ". I have tiny, slippery veins which make drawing blood a difficult and, at times, painful procedure when a larger syringe is used. Julie was very kind, honored my request, and after several attempts was able to obtain the needed samples from a vein in my right hand. Thanks so much, Julie! You made a difficult encounter manageable for me!!
