Noel Castrejon brought me to this gym. And once I walked in, everyone was very warm and welcoming. While participating in the conditioning class, a woman was kind enough to take time to help me with a workout. Going to a new gym can be intimidating, but not once did I feel that way. The encouragement by the man leading the class was great to have! Really enjoyed it overall.

Its an amazing gym. The only issue is last of cooling system. Difficult in high 90s/100s.

Large variety of workout options! Weights (4 different programs per week), aerobic training (TZT, AZT, VO2). And, most importantly, a well trained, knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming staff.

I've been looking for a gym in Chico since I moved back to the area. Basis is something with a great balance of it all. I feel like Basis was all of what I was hoping to find and more. It's always hard leaving a gym you love when a move is involved and I'm so happy that I came across Basis to create my new gym fam.
