Just started going here. My job benefits signed me up for this gym. What a gem. The equipment here is geared toward serious health and fitness enthusiast. They have an outdoor section. They have a FLIPPIN' WHEELS section. They have all kinds of cardio machines. You can also find a dark corner in the gym to mind your own business and lift in peace w/o being distracted by Gymshark TIK TOK crowd. They have a nutrition section. They have MuscleEgg products!! they have a meal preps fridge. Yeah the building is old and the bathrooms are old, bluh bluh bluh, I am here to lift. I can use the bathroom in my own place to ****. Oh and the staff that welcomed me was extremely nice.
