I am not giving more than one star because of his unprofessional chair side manner.What has bothered me over the years, and I finally switched dentists, was his constant running banter with himself as he worked in my mouth. Besides corny jokes, and a continual talking to himself where he expressed his personal thoughts and opinions, he would name drop! By this I mean the first and last names of patients he thought I might know! It is none of my business if so-in-so came to him last week for a cleaning or a cap. More disconcerting was that in the past 3 or 4 years he continued to give me lurid details of an affair and eventual marital break up of a couple who were his patients. I asked him to stop, but every six months, he couldn't help but feed me a little tidbit of gossip while my mouth was open.While some patients may enjoy this seemingly friendly talk, as though everyone of his patients had a connection, and interest, and a right to the insight he provided into their lives... I did not. I cringe to think of him mentioning my name, while friends or colleagues are captive audiences visualizing me with saliva being sucked out of my mouth. No thank you. I do not feel good or privileged to get to be privy to this sort of gossip. It is not professional and ethically not right.As a patient over the past 20 years, Dr. Bradford has kept a watchful eye on my naturally strong and healthy teeth.  With the exception of two crowns that do not match the color of my natural teeth, and he did not change out when he noticed the mismatch, I have no complaints with his work.

Very friendly dentist and staff. Everything explained prior to procedures.Will be my dentist of choice.

This is the dentist I went to after not having good experiences with other dentists in Chico.  Dr. Bradford fixed their mistakes and now my teeth are healthy and pain free.  He explains what he is doing before he starts, and then keeps you updated on his progress as he performs the procedure.  The crown he did for me fits perfectly and looks good, I don't even know it's there. I'll continue to go to Dr. Bradford because of his skillful and caring work.

Got me in within 3 hours for oral surgery. All the staff was super friendly and approachable. The doctor was great. I had heard nothing but wonderful things about him over the past 5 years (when my teeth started acting up) and they're all true! I had to ask for the gas but they gladly said okay! He really had to tug to get my teeth out but they came out whole (even though they both were badly broken). I'm no dentist but I've tried taking broken things out of small spaces n it's tough! The lady in the back assisting him said he's been practicing for 40 years. His professional is exceptional but he isn't rigid. Thank you guys so much! and nothing personal but I hope I don't have to see y'all anytime soon.... Unless it's on better terms (not an emergency trip).
