Dr Fowkes has been our family dentist for close to 20 years. He has always taken great care of us, getting us in right away for emergences. He is kind and compassionate as well as very good at what he does. The office staff is amazing as well.

Dr Fowkes is very friendly and laid back. Anyways asks about my family and genuinely cares. The hygienists are very thorough, and I haven't had any cavities in the better part of a decade.

I had a root canal done and he put a silver looking filling in my tooth. I went back for another filling and I told him not to put silver looking filling in again that I wanted a natural color. He filled my tooth with silver looking filling again. I will never go back to him. He seems like he's high on drugs if he can't understand my request.

My husband and I were regular patients of Dr. Fowkes for a few years. We both really liked him and his back office staff. We had been making payments on an amount from my husband's procedure (I had no balance) and, recently, when he called to pay it off the manager said she'd closed our account. My husband asked if we could just pay cash since everything was paid up. She said she'd get back to us. We heard nothing until I called to schedule our appts. Turns out she'd "discharged our family" even though we'd been loyal patients for years and paid our balance. I was shocked that they weren't even open to us paying cash for any large procedures in the future (we have good insurance ). Nope, they wouldn't even work with us after making sure they got paid. I am saddened and disappointed that their office decided to just deny service after years of seeing him. Loyalty is not a trait this office has...or the ability to work with honest patients.
