Terrible customer service would not recommend anybody to bring their high-end cars to get worked on at this certified BMW dealership you might come out with more issues/problems and also damage to your vehicle Will be definitely taking my business elsewhere and rather drive a little bit further for better customer service Ps: This business needs to work on their communication skills with customers on status of vehicle with repairs

Whatever you do, don't take your car to the dealership is the worst customer service the worst and they only want your money. They always want to charge your guarantee saying that you don't have but you do have guarantee and they damage something on your car so you can pay them money..One of the worst places to take your BMW, they broke the glass of my car and now they don't want to take responsibility and when I just took the car for an oil change and it turns out that they wanted to collect on the warranty because the air conditioning lines were damaged and it was a pure lie, the car is perfect they just want your money on this Diler I had the Worse hope, don't take your cars with them.. they will only try to get money from you

Not the best experience. I was waiting for 45 minutes. They did not know I was there for service. Bad communication between staff from checking in that lead to long waits. Not a good place to get a loaner. You get a different brand than what you bring in. I rather drive 2 hours to Rocklin Mercedes or El Dorado where they treat you better and have a better selection of cars and loaners.
