    This is a shady dealership that takes advantage of people who don't know anything about cars. they will add random charges to your bill when working on your car. They will give the most random explanations that makes no sense. They would sell you a faulty battery and charge you for replacing it along with charging you for another battery.

    They did the most when I was under warranty. Replaced both catalytic converters on 02/02/23. A month later my battery was having issues. They replaced it with a faulty one on 03/07/23. Left a review about that experience as they had told me you purchased a faulty battery from us not that they had sold me a faulty battery & they charged me for the replacement one. Got contacted and refunded for that battery. Great follow up. At this time my mileage was at 78,134. Still under warranty but the line that read Claim Type: WAR stopped showing up on my receipts. On 04/21/23 my car was having trouble starting and my headlights were malfunctioning. Left my car overnight. Mind you, the rate on the receipts was 195.00 starting on 03/07/23, even though during that date I was still under the 80,000 mile warranty. On 01/17/24 I had an oil change done and mentioned that I needed a smog check and if they thought Id be able to pass. Front desk urged me to do a check engine light check costing around $195.I went to do the smog check anyways since I couldnt afford to spend another $195 on top of that expense. Passed smog on 01/24/24. Today, 04/09/24 I went in for a check engine light. Rate was $205, I assumed this was for the check engine service. When I went to pick up my car I was charged $410. Its $205 per hour said the front desk person. When I asked out loud, $205 per hour? he looked visibly uncomfortable and started to try and cover the receipt paper. Why are yall never consistent with your charges? Why did I get charged so much for labor this time? Labor costs since 12/20/2022 have ranged from $16-$97. Im baffled that this time the labor costs ended up being $410. When I dropped off the car, I digitally signed to pay for the check engine service and the total was $205. As I was waiting for the car, they told me the service person requested an additional hour. They didnt tell me that the additional hour was going to add up to another $205. There were no repairs done to my car and I wasnt told what may be wrong even though I brought a sheet with potential repairs to be done. I simply asked which one of these repairs should get done for a trip I have coming up soon. Again, they urged me to do the check engine service and here I am. Scammed out of $410.
