Im always satisfied with the repairs I have done at Spencers Automotive. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Im always able to get an appointment in a timely manner. They keep my old truck running like new. I highly recommend their services.

This auto repair shop is the finest business I have worked with in Butte County. They are knowledgeable, courteous even when things become challenging, they persevere, and their commitment to customer satisfaction is beyond anything I have ever experienced! They are willing to work out ways to keep their costs reasonable & their integrity is without question! I recommend that you take your vehicle to them, no matter what type of work it needs!!!

Excellent! Ive only had a smog check and oil change here so far but both times were great experiences so Ill keep coming back. Friendly people. Clean and comfortable waiting room. They take the time to explain things to me which I appreciate and I feel like they are trustworthy. Appreciate the 7am appointments so that I can be at work by 8:30am (depending on the type of maintenance, obviously). Thanks again! Services: Smog certification, Oil change
