        On 2/22/2024, the phone was out of service today and I only can a call to 911, so I visited this T-Mobile store. I told the T-Mobile employee that my phone wasn't working and he changed my phone's SIM card. And the phone call and internet worked. When I got home and thought about it, I realized he didn't give me the 'old sim card'. So I went back to the store and asked for my 'old sim card', and the employee said it had been safely thrown away and showed me a trash can with a lock attached. He then said that this container was locked and could not be opened. I was dissatisfied with why the 'old sim' card was arbitrarily discarded rather than given to me. I really just hope it is disposed of safely.
