    i got my phone fixed a while back then all of a sudden my flashlight stops working and then i apply pressure on my screen to see if the material was cheap then it cracked . DONT GO THERE ITS A SCAM

    My phone hasn't been charging, and I was asking for quotes from the repair guys in the mall. On average they were saying 50$. The guys at ICell took one look and said it was just lint and he cleaned it in seconds and I was on my way. My phone charges great now, thanks ICell.

    My Samsung Galaxy S6 wouldn't charge for some reason, so I went about to see how much would it be to upgrade vs repair. Deciding the best action would be to repair my S6, as the S10 will be coming out next year and prices for the S8 & S9 would drop accordingly, I went to the Verizon store at the Cerritos Towne Centre to see about repairing my device. After talking with the sales rep & almost upgrading my phone until the last S8 phone they had in stock wouldn't power up, I found Verizon doesn't do repairs. So, off I went to the mall to compare prices from the various repair shops. iCell offered the cheapest price, with one repair place telling me they don't work on this particular model and another saying upgrading would be cheaper than the repair would be. I told the person helping customers the problem, and after communicating with the actual technician, I was told it was the charge port. The charge would be $60 and my phone would be ready in about 40 minutes. Coming back after the time had passed, I was told the problem was actually the motherboard, which would cost $80, and that my phone would be ready in 2 days, possibly 3. A little perturbed at the development, I agreed to the service and left my phone with iCell. Wouldn't you know it, but the next day I received a call from iCell telling me my phone was ready. Whoopee! I jetted off to the mall, awaiting my mobile device in my grubby mitts. And, thankfully, it was working just fine. So, I received service that was quicker than estimated at a price which I found fair. Suffice to say, I'm a satisfied customer and plan to utilize iCell in the future for any possible phone problems. Highly recommend!

    + Come here if you want bad work done + Cheap materials used here + Terrible execution of customer service + Go somewhere else. + Scammers I brought my phone to have the screen replaced and they up sold me to get a new battery as well. Fine, it wasn't lasting the same anyway. Now back to the screen. Had it replaced, and when I got it back, it would always heat up. Calls would drop as well. I had never had those issues before even with the broken screen. I didn't have time to go back due to work until about a week ago it would suddenly stop being responsive to touch. I would literally have to lock and unlock the phone for it to work, and even that doesn't always work. I went with my receipt and the attendant said that he couldn't replace the screen, which was under the 30 day warranty still, because he didn't write the receipt. I told him how that didn't make sense and then he said I didn't have the secondary receipt either. That didn't make sense either. They keep the other receipt after the work is done. After going back and fourth with him, he said he was going to send it to his boss. I told him that I wouldn't be able to come back for another week due to my job location and schedule. At the end they didn't honor replacing my screen which was defective from the start. Avoid this place.
